The Shapers of Tomorrow Mentoring Program will include at least 5 working sessions/meetings per year, arranged via Skype/Messenger/Viber/WhatsApp/email exchange and one or two face to face meetings (if possible).
Mentors are experienced individuals, motivated to share personal achievements, the steps of successful professional realization in Bulgaria, experience and/or knowledge. Mentors will provide an ongoing guidance and support to their mentees and will assist
their professional development and career advancement.

At the end of the program successful mentoring will be awarded with a certificate and a digital badge.
What are the benefits in participating?

- Individual interaction with a professional from their filed of interest or study
